Ingredients

Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes Use organic chicken breast for better texture and flavor.
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Use full-fat mayonnaise for a richer sauce.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce Adjust sweetener as desired.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Others
  • as needed Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper until you have a creamy, well-combined sauce.
  2. In another bowl, add the chicken cubes and coat them generously with half of the Bang Bang sauce, allowing the flavors to blend.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto your skewers. Make sure not to overcrowd them to ensure even cooking.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the cooked skewers and serve immediately.

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, arrange the skewers on a platter with fresh cilantro or parsley sprinkled on top. Pair with a cucumber salad or jasmine rice for a complete meal.
