- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper until you have a creamy, well-combined sauce.
- In another bowl, add the chicken cubes and coat them generously with half of the Bang Bang sauce, allowing the flavors to blend.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto your skewers. Make sure not to overcrowd them to ensure even cooking.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the cooked skewers and serve immediately.
Notes
For a beautiful presentation, arrange the skewers on a platter with fresh cilantro or parsley sprinkled on top. Pair with a cucumber salad or jasmine rice for a complete meal.
