  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 cup whipped topping Use high-quality or homemade for better flavor.

  • 1 cup halved grapes
  • 1 cup diced strawberries

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and halved grapes.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping to coat all the fruits evenly.
  3. Add the diced strawberries and chopped pecans (if using) into the mix, gently folding to maintain the integrity of the fruits.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
