- Carefully remove the dish, and stir in the lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Gently lay the cod fillets in the dish, ensuring they’re evenly spaced. Spoon the aromatic butter mixture generously over the top.
Baking
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Once baked to perfection, sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish. Your Butter Baked Cod is now ready to serve!

For an elegant presentation, serve with sautéed greens and roasted vegetables. Pair with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or light Chardonnay.
