  • 1.25 cups chicken (shredded into 1/2 inch pieces and seasoned) Rotisserie chicken is recommended for convenience.
  • 14 oz buffalo dip (homemade or store-bought) Adjust spice level based on preference.
  • 16 oz crescent rolls Pillsbury is suggested for best results.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded) For optimal melt.
  • 0.25 cup crumbled blue cheese Can substitute feta cheese if desired.
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder For extra flavor.
  • 3 pieces green onions (thinly sliced) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Shred the seasoned, cooked chicken and prepare the green onions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella and blue cheese.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo dip and garlic powder. Stir until blended.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and press the crescent rolls into each cup to form a little cup.
  6. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each crescent roll cup, top with cheese mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  2. Cool for 1-2 minutes before removing and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. These bites can also be frozen and baked directly from frozen.
