Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Shred the seasoned, cooked chicken and prepare the green onions.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella and blue cheese.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo dip and garlic powder. Stir until blended.
- Grease a muffin tin and press the crescent rolls into each cup to form a little cup.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each crescent roll cup, top with cheese mixture.
Baking
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool for 1-2 minutes before removing and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. These bites can also be frozen and baked directly from frozen.
