Preparation
- Pit and halve the Medjool dates. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Cover the dates with another sheet of parchment paper and press down gently to flatten.
- Warm the peanut butter in the microwave or a small saucepan until it's runny and easy to drizzle.
- Pour the warm peanut butter evenly over the flattened dates.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and date layer, smoothing it out with a spoon.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the chocolate and finish with flaky sea salt.
Chilling
- Place the baking tray in the refrigerator and chill until the bark is firm to the touch, about 1 to 2 hours.
Serving
- Once set, break or cut into pieces and enjoy this scrumptious treat!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for 2 weeks. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
