- Add cottage cheese, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla extract to the blender in that order.
- Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until smooth and consistent.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug, small bowl, or ramekin.
Cooking
- Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. It's ready when a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes before enjoying to set the texture.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days or freeze for up to three months. You can prepare the batter ahead of time, just stir before microwaving.
