- Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Baking
- Coat each dough ball in everything bagel seasoning, gently pressing to help it stick. Place the bites on the lined baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
- Once baked, let them cool on the pan for 30 minutes before serving.
