  1. In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, melt the butter over medium heat until foamy.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the milk, bringing it to a gentle simmer while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the pasta along with salt and pepper, stirring well to ensure every piece is coated.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente (about 8-10 minutes) and the sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and creates a creamy consistency.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For creaminess, do not use a microwave for reheating. Instead, use an oven or air fryer. Leftovers can last up to 3 days in the fridge.
