  • 2 pieces Lemon wedges For serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. Mix the Coating: In a medium bowl, stir together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Coat the Cod: Dip each cod fillet into the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each piece is fully coated for maximum crunch.
  4. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the breaded cod fillets on it, keeping some space between each piece.
Cooking
  1. Bake to Perfection: Cook the cod in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes. Look for a golden-brown crust and flaky fish for the perfect result.
