Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 3 medium medium bananas, peeled and frozen Make sure they’re overripe for optimal sweetness.
  • 2 cups whole milk Use your preferred milk alternative for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Opt for a natural brand without added sugar for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons honey This adds a touch of natural sweetness; maple syrup works as a great substitute!

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Place the frozen bananas, whole milk, creamy peanut butter, and honey into the blender.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even mix.
  4. Check the consistency; if too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.
  5. Once creamy and well-mixed, pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra protein, consider adding a scoop of protein powder. Substitute some milk with yogurt for an even creamier texture.
