For the pudding layer
  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix Can experiment with different flavors.

  • 1 container whipped topping (8 ounces) for topping Additional layer of whipped cream.
  • Chopped pretzels for garnish Adds visual contrast and extra crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the pretzel twists until fine crumbs.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and confectioners' sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in one container of whipped topping until blended.
Layering
  1. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
Pudding Layer
  1. In another bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk, beating until smooth.
  2. Spread the pudding over the cream layer gently.
Finishing Touches
  1. Top with the remaining container of whipped topping and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  2. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pretzels and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
