Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 large lemons) Always opt for fresh lemons when possible for that vibrant flavor.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Adjust based on your sweetness preference; can also substitute with honey or agave nectar.
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries Fresh can be used if available.
  • 1/2 cup water Filtered for best taste.
  • 3 cups ice cubes Make sure ice is added for a chilly twist.
Garnish
  • 1 few lemon slices For garnish.
  • 1 few frozen raspberries For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. To a blender, add the lemon juice, granulated sugar, frozen raspberries, and water. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Once blended, add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is fully incorporated, about another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Pour the lemonade into glasses and garnish with lemon slices and frozen raspberries.

Notes

Raspberry Lemonade tastes best the day it’s made. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Adjust sweetness according to your taste and experiment with flavors like mint or basil.
