For the Cocktail
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce Use high-quality, thick caramel sauce for the best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt Ensure it’s kosher salt for a more balanced, less harsh flavor.
  • 4 ounces apple cider Go for fresh-pressed apple cider for an amazing taste.
  • 2 ounces caramel vodka Brands like Smirnoff or Pinnacle offer excellent options.
  • Ice Ice Use ice from filtered water for clearer, purer flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set out two small plates. Pour the caramel sauce onto one plate and kosher salt onto the other.
  2. Carefully roll the rim of the martini glass into the caramel sauce until it's evenly coated.
  3. Then dip the caramel-coated rim into the salt for that perfect salty touch. Set aside.
Mixing the Cocktail
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in 4 ounces of apple cider and 2 ounces of caramel vodka.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
Serving
  1. Carefully strain the cocktail into your prepared martini glass, being sure not to disturb the rim.
  2. Give it a little extra garnishing with a drizzle of caramel sauce inside the glass if you like!

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients. Customize with garnishes like apple slices or cinnamon.
