Preparation
  1. Shred the Chicken: While the rotisserie chicken is still warm, shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare Celery: Finely dice the celery into 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Seasonings: Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold in Ingredients: Gently fold in the shredded chicken and diced celery.
  6. Add the Heat: Slowly pour in the hot wing sauce, folding it into the mixture.

Notes

This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months, adding celery just before serving to retain its crunch.
