Mix Up the Dressing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, sugar, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Toss in the Coleslaw Mix
- Fold in the coleslaw mix and gently toss until all cabbage and carrots are evenly coated with the dressing.
Chill Out
- Transfer the dressed coleslaw to a serving bowl or airtight storage container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
